Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Insightfy handles refunds and cancellations for paid Menu Plus subscription plans. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This policy covers subscription billing for Menu Plus plans — the fees a restaurant pays Insightfyfor access to the platform. It does not cover payments made by a restaurant's own customers for food or drink orders placed through a restaurant's menu; those transactions, and any refunds for them, are between the restaurant and its customers.

2. No Refunds for Payments Already Made

Subscription payments are billed in advance for the plan period you selected (e.g. monthly or annually). Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law or as described in Section 4 (Billing Errors) below.

3. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team at info@menuplus.co or through the cancellation option in your dashboard, where available. Cancelling stops all future charges — you will not be billed again after your current paid period ends, and you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Since payments already made are non-refundable (Section 2), you retain access to the Service for the remainder of the period you already paid for.

4. Billing Errors

If you are charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you successfully cancelled — contact us at info@menuplus.co and we will investigate and correct verified billing errors, which may include a refund of the erroneous charge.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and notify registered users via email or an in-app notification.
